Add item to cart
When you click on the "Add to cart" button to the right of the desired item, you automatically add one copy of the item to your shopping cart. Just click loose - you can always delete the items or correct the number in your shopping cart later. Once you have selected the desired item, you can continue your purchase by clicking on the shopping cart in the top right corner.

Once you have looked at the contents of the shopping cart, you have different options:
- You can correct the number of items. Remember to click "Update" when you are happy with your choice.
- You can delete an item from the shopping cart by selecting the "Delete" button.
- If you just want to see what you already have in the shopping cart, and then find more items, you can click "Continue your shopping".
- You can continue with your purchase by clicking on "To checkout".
The buying process
Login: If you are already logged in, you will automatically skip to delivery information. Otherwise, you can choose to log in here with your username (your e-mail address) and password. It has the advantage that you do not have to fill in your address information. If you have not already registered as a user, you can choose to do so now.
Delivery information:
Here you must enter your address information if the fields are not already filled in. The fields marked with a red star must be filled in. If the item is to be sent to an address other than the invoice / receipt, please also fill in the fields under "Add address". Notice that you have the opportunity to have the goods sent to your workplace. Then there is always "someone at home" when the mail arrives with your goods.
Payment method:
Here you have to choose how you want to pay. We basically recommend that you pay with a Dankort / credit card, as this is the cheapest and easiest for you. Remember that we do not withdraw the amount from your account until the goods have been sent from our shop. In addition, the security is top notch.
Confirm order:
Here you can review your order once again. Remember to check that you have ordered the correct number of items and that your address (and your e-mail address) is correct. Please note that your order has not been completed until you have clicked on "Confirm Order"! If you have chosen to pay with a Dankort / credit card, you will be taken to a secure server, where you must enter the card's number, check digits and expiry date.
Order confirmation
As soon as your order is completed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. We recommend that you print the invoice, as it contains important information about your purchase - including your order number, which you are asked to provide if you need to contact us. |
