Terms of trade

1. Buy at Güde Scandinavia:
A binding purchase agreement with Güde Skandinavia has not been entered, until you have received an order confirmation from Güde Skandinavia.

2. Prices:
All prices are incl. 25% VAT and in Danish kroner, where nothing else is mentioned.
The prices are only valid within Denmark's borders, excl. not bridged islands, the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Reservations are made for:
Currency changes force majeure delivery failure tax changes sold out items and printing errors

3. Sales in general:
The stated price at the time of ordering is the applicable ordering price.
Pick-up items are invoiced at the current price at the time of ordering, and the price does NOT change when prices fall or increase.

4. Delivery:
Reservations are made for sold-out items and delayed delivery time at Güde Scandinavia's suppliers.
Delivery of goods occurs from both Danish and German warehouses.

5. Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel or cancel an order already placed, you must do so by sending an e-mail marked "Cancellation". to sales@guede.dk
Have you received an order confirmation per. e-mail, this can be returned to the sender with the text "Cancellation!" inserted in the subject text. Cancellation should be made before kl. 11:00 the same day as the order is placed.

6. Payment:
The possible payment methods are:
Dankort / Visa debit / mastercard debit
Cash on pickup

There is no possibility of prepayment, as the customer's legal position here is significantly worse than with other forms of payment.

7. Right of complaint:
There is a 2-year warranty on products purchased from Güde Scandinavia. If there is an additional right of complaint or guarantee, this will appear separately on the invoice.
Should the item unexpectedly break during the warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge at our or the manufacturer's workshop.
Damage to the product due to operating errors, handling errors, modifications, transport damage or gross misuse by the user is not covered by the right of complaint. This also includes changing the applied current to any relevant component.
Güde Skandinavia cannot be held responsible for the loss of the customer's data, unless it follows directly from Danish law.

8. Application of the right of complaint:
Complaints regarding defects must be notified to Güde Skandinavia within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.
The customer is strongly encouraged to make a statement about the product's defects or deficiencies in connection with the complaint, as failure to do so may mean an extension of the remedy process due to troubleshooting.
Güde Skandinavia cannot be held responsible for the loss of the customer's data, unless it follows directly from Danish law. Güde Skandinavia therefore encourages the customer to make a copy / backup of all data. To the extent that Güde Skandinavia may be liable, the liability is limited to the direct loss and thus does not include consequential damages to connected equipment and indirect losses such as lost earnings, transport costs, operating losses, installation costs, etc.
Goods that are not covered by the right of complaint and / or received without proper packaging will be repackaged and an amount corresponding to Güde Skandinavia's costs for necessary and proper packaging will be charged.
Items returned on COD or sent without postage will be refused receipt by Güde Skandinavia.

9. Returned items that do not contain defects:
In the event of return of defective or incorrect goods to Güde Scandinavia, where Error or defects, defined and stated by the customer, are not found, the goods will be returned to the customer including a test fee.
The test fee is DKK 250 per. half an hour incl. VAT. The test fee is calculated on the basis of time spent in connection with testing and troubleshooting.
If accessories are included, the number and product description must be included. If accessories are included that do not immediately appear on the enclosed RMA form (complaint form), Güde Skandinavia cannot be held responsible for any loss of these effects.
Items should be returned with an invoice copy where the time of purchase for the advertised product appears, as the item will otherwise be stored until there is an invoice copy and possibly. error message on the product.

10. Reasonable return:
All products returned to Güde Skandinavia must be properly packaged.
Damage due to inadequate packaging may result in your rights being revoked.
Güde Skandinavia recommends that the item is returned via a suitable transport company or freight forwarder, and that the item is sent as parcel post. In this way, it is possible to track the package in the carrier's system and it thus removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to Güde Scandinavia. In addition, the customer has the opportunity to request the package if delivery has not taken place.

11. Right of withdrawal:

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you;
      (a) have received your item
      (b) gets the last item in physical possession in the case of a contract for several different items ordered in one order;
and which are delivered individually
      (c) the last batch, or the last part, becomes physically in the case of a contract for the supply of a commodity which exists; of several lots or parts

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.
The notice must be given by email to salg@guede.dk
In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this. Return You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.

The condition of the item when you send it back
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you have paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notification of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.

13. Special provisions for traders:
The same conditions of sale apply as for consumers, but with the following modification.

There is no right of withdrawal for traders. There is a 1-year warranty from the original invoice date. Replacement or repair does not result in a new 1-year warranty period. Güde Skandinavia reserves the right of ownership of goods purchased on credit until the full purchase price has been paid. All costs in connection with the enforcement of the property reservation are borne by the buyer. Interest accrues from the due date at 2% per. commenced month.
