The Güde GADH 254 is a combined surface planer and thicknesser designed for precise woodworking. With a maximum planing width of 254 mm, a 1,500 W motor and 230 V power supply, it is well suited for serious DIY workshops and demanding woodworking applications.
The precision surface-planing tables are manufactured from die-cast aluminium and provide a total table length of 920 mm. The parallel fence can be continuously tilted from 0° to 45°, allowing accurate planing of angled edges.
When thicknessing, workpieces from 6 to 120 mm can be processed, with precise table height adjustment by handwheel. The cutter block is equipped with 2 HSS planer blades and operates at 8,500 rpm. Maximum depth of cut is 3 mm for surface planing and 2 mm for thicknessing.
The machine features a connection for dust extraction as well as cutter block protection, a safety switch with no-volt release and overload protection. The supplied stand with four angle-steel legs provides a stable and comfortable working height.
