AST 18-0 is a cordless telescopic pole saw from Güde's 18 V E³ battery system, designed for pruning trees and branches at height. The telescopic shaft can be adjusted from 1.82 to 2.49 metres, allowing many pruning jobs to be carried out from the ground.
The pole saw is equipped with an Oregon guide bar and Oregon saw chain and provides a cutting length of 170 mm. Maximum chain speed is 8 m/s, while the practical quick chain tensioning system allows the chain to be adjusted quickly and easily.
The integrated oil tank provides automatic chain lubrication during operation. The bumper spike provides secure contact with the branch when cutting, while the chain catcher, soft grip and included shoulder strap contribute to safe and comfortable operation.
Please note: This AST 18-0 version is supplied without battery and charger. It can be used with compatible batteries and chargers from Güde's 18 V E³ Easy-Energy-Exchange system.
