GAK 1001 B is a powerful petrol pole saw designed for pruning and tree maintenance at height. With the included 750 mm extension, the machine reaches an overall length of 2.7 metres and – depending on the user's height – can be used to prune branches at heights of up to approximately 5 metres without using a ladder.
The 30 cm³ 2-stroke engine delivers 0.9 kW / 1.2 hp and is combined with a quality Oregon bar and chain. With a cutting length of 180 mm and a maximum chain speed of 21 m/s, the machine is well suited to efficient pruning of trees and larger shrubs.
The cutting head can be adjusted from 0 to 90°, allowing the saw to be adapted to the position of the branch and the required working angle. Automatic chain lubrication continuously supplies oil to the chain and bar, while electronic ignition and a primer pump help provide easy starting.
The soft-grip handle and included carrying harness provide improved control and comfort during extended periods of use.
