A support arm ensures a safe stand during the lifting process. With the cleavage fixing device, the splitting material can be fixed before the splitting process without the hassle of holding it. The long splitting knife is made of partially hardened special steel for a long service life. The automatic resetting of the riving knife with integrated safety shutdown offers optimal protection and ensures efficient and fatigue-free splitting. The 2-hand safety operation, the on / off switch and the double-sided splitting bar are further measures for safe and effective work.
