The log splitter GHS 1000 / 14TZ-A has been developed according to the latest quality and safety standards. The long log splitter is suitable due to its large splitting stroke, ideal for meter pieces, especially of long-fiber wood. The hydraulic-mechanical log lifter brings even heavy logs into position effortlessly and ensures that splitting is easy on the back and comfortable. With the cleavage fixing device, the splitting material can be fixed before the splitting process without the hassle of holding it. The long splitting knife is made of partially hardened special steel for a long service life. The three-point linkage and the PTO drive enable mobile use with the tractor in the forest or at the polder camp. A highly effective hydraulic pump as well as a precisely graduated control valve enable the operator to choose between 2 feed speed levels. The automatic resetting of the riving knife with integrated safety shutdown offers optimal protection and ensures efficient and fatigue-free work. The 2-hand safety operation, the on / off switch and the double-sided splitting bar are further measures for a safe and effective work process. Finally, the three-point linkage and the transport drawbar enable effortless transport and maneuvering.
