The EFM 200 DS is specially designed for finger cutters up to ø 16 mm and face milling cutters up to ø 30 mm. The milling head can be swiveled on both sides up to a maximum of 45°. This makes it possible to mill chamfers, angled surfaces or grooves without any problems. Due to the special fine feed on the milling head, the desired milling depth can be achieved very precisely. The height adjustment of the milling head is 180 mm. The work table can be moved 220 mm in the X-axis and 100 mm in the Y-axis.
For high forces in the lower speeds can be selected between two mechanical speed levels.
For machining non-ferrous metals and plastics, it is possible to work in the upper speed range up to 2200 min-1.
