The Güde Compressor 800/11/270 ST is a powerful stationary 400 V industrial compressor designed for larger workshops, production environments and installations with a fixed compressed-air distribution system. It features a large 270-litre air receiver, a maximum pressure of 11 bar and an oil-lubricated two-stage twin-cylinder compressor unit with belt drive.
The two-stage compression system is designed for higher pressure and more demanding operation than conventional single-stage compressors. Effective air delivery is 697 l/min at 0 bar, 611 l/min at 4 bar and an impressive 579 l/min at 7 bar. This makes the compressor suitable for larger air consumers and fixed compressed-air installations.
The compressor is equipped with an original Condor pressure switch with motor protection, large air filter, safety valve and relief valve. Two intercoolers and one aftercooler help reduce air temperature during and after compression, contributing to efficient and reliable operation.
The unit is designed for stationary installation and features one compressed-air outlet with lever valve. It can be connected to an existing piped compressed-air distribution system.
