Typical faults:
Always switch off the machine and unplug it before troubleshooting.
Machine will not start or stops → Check power supply, fuse, switch and microswitch
Machine stops during use → Overload or worn blades
Workpiece gets stuck → Cutting depth too large → Reduce depth and process in several passes
Poor surface finish → Blunt blades or uneven feed → Clean and sharpen/replace blades
👉 Many faults are caused by wear parts such as blades, switches and capacitors.
