KEDI AKS7-30F – Electromagnetic ON/OFF Switch with NVR
Description
KEDI AKS7-30F is an electromagnetic ON/OFF switch with No-Volt Release (NVR) protection, designed to prevent automatic machine restart after a power failure.
The switch remains in the ON position only while the required electrical supply is present. In the event of a power failure, the switch releases. When power is restored, the machine must be restarted manually.
KEDI AKS7-30F replaces the previous mechanically maintained KEDI AKS7-20S and KEDU HY57-20 switches.
Güde now uses this electromagnetic switch as the replacement for the machines listed below, regardless of machine version.

The KAZ KT-155PRO-DX was previously fitted with the KEDI AKS7-20S. Compatibility with the AKS7-30F must be confirmed before replacement.

Difference Between the Original and Replacement Switches
The previous mechanically maintained switches could remain in the ON position after a power failure. As a result, the machine could restart automatically when the electrical supply was restored.
KEDI AKS7-30F uses electromagnetic holding. If the power supply is interrupted, the switch releases, preventing the machine from restarting automatically when power returns.

Important Notes
Although this switch is listed as a replacement for all versions of the specified Güde machines, the mounting dimensions, terminal arrangement, electrical ratings and wiring diagram must always be checked before installation.
The stated 125/300 V AC ratings refer to the switch specifications and do not, by themselves, establish the required supply voltage for the electromagnetic holding function.
Replacement and electrical installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified person. The machine's safety functions must not be bypassed.
