Description
The Güde GZM 120 is a powerful forced-action mixer designed for fast and thorough mixing of concrete, mortar, screed, plaster, filler compounds and other suitable construction materials. Unlike a conventional concrete mixer, the GZM 120 uses an active mixing mechanism inside the drum, providing efficient and consistent mixing.
The powerful 2,000 W electric motor drives the mixing mechanism at 30 rpm. The mixing drum has a diameter of 720 mm and a total volume of 120 litres. The maximum filling capacity during operation is 100 litres.
The protective grid is equipped with a practical bag opener, allowing bags of dry material to be opened directly above the mixing drum. A safety switch on the lid provides additional protection during operation.
The mixing arm can be easily removed, while the three replaceable mixing paddles simplify maintenance and replacement of wear parts. A large motor cover protects the motor against dust, dirt and material splashes.
The GZM 120 is equipped with large transport wheels and handles for easier movement. For space-saving transport and storage, the mixer can be tilted backwards.

Practical Information
The GZM 120 has a total drum volume of 120 litres and a maximum filling capacity of 100 litres. The difference is important, as sufficient free space is required inside the drum for the mixing mechanism to work effectively.
The integrated bag opener allows a bag of mixing material to be positioned on the protective grid and opened directly above the drum, making filling easier and more convenient.
The removable mixing arm and three replaceable mixing paddles simplify cleaning and maintenance, particularly when the machine is regularly used with cement- and mortar-based materials.
