🔧 Common problems and error codes

1. No charging

  • No mains power

  • Faulty cable or plug

  • Poor battery connection

  • Battery below 1V (deep discharged)


2. Reverse polarity

  • Polarity swapped (+/-)

  • Charger enters error mode

  • Charging will not start

Error code:
E01 – Reverse polarity


3. Overheating

  • High ambient temperature

  • Poor ventilation

  • Internal charger fault

Error code:
E02 – Overtemperature


4. Battery defective

  • Battery cannot hold charge

  • Sulphated battery

  • Shorted cell

  • Old battery

Error code:
E03 – Battery cannot store charge


5. No battery detected

  • Battery not connected

  • Voltage below 1V

  • Loose clamps

Error code:
E04 – No battery detected
