Description
The Güde GBT 80.1 is a powerful and energy-efficient dehumidifier and building dryer designed for professional dehumidification of larger enclosed spaces. It is suitable for construction sites, basements, storage areas, workshops and renovation projects.
With a dehumidification capacity of up to 80 litres per day and a high air circulation rate of 400 m³/h, the GBT 80.1 is designed for working areas of approximately 50-160 m².
The required humidity level can be set using the adjustable hygrostat. Once the selected humidity level has been reached, the Auto-Stop function automatically controls operation.
The GBT 80.1 is designed for continuous operation with direct drainage of condensate via a drain hose. This makes the unit particularly suitable for extended drying and dehumidification applications where a conventional water tank would otherwise need to be emptied regularly.
The dehumidifier uses R290 refrigerant and is designed for energy-efficient operation with a reduced refrigerant requirement compared with conventional units. It also features fully automatic frost protection and a washable air filter.

Practical Information
The GBT 80.1 is suitable for larger drying and dehumidification tasks during construction, renovation and water-damage restoration, as well as for reducing high humidity levels in basements, storage areas, workshops and other larger enclosed spaces.
Unlike the GBT 50.1, the GBT 80.1 is designed for continuous condensate drainage via a drain hose rather than collection in an integrated water tank. This makes the unit particularly practical for extended dehumidification applications.
The required relative humidity is set using the hygrostat. Once the selected value has been reached, the dehumidifier automatically controls its operation.
The dehumidifier is designed for use at ambient temperatures between 5 °C and 35 °C and features fully automatic frost protection.
