Description
The Güde RFS 200 is a powerful radial tile cutter with a wet-cutting system for precise, low-dust cutting of tiles. With a maximum cutting length of 520 mm, the machine is suitable for both standard and larger tile formats.
The powerful 800 W motor drives a Ø 200 mm diamond cutting disc at a no-load speed of 3,000 rpm. The saw head runs on a four-ball-bearing guide system, ensuring smooth and precise movement throughout the cut.
The RFS 200 features an integrated cooling water pump and water tray for wet cutting. Water is supplied to the diamond cutting disc during operation, reducing dust while simultaneously cooling the cutting disc.
The cutting angle can be continuously adjusted from 90° to 45°. The maximum cutting depth is 30 mm at 90° and 25 mm at 45°. For diagonal cuts, the machine can handle tiles up to 360 × 360 mm.
The machine is also equipped with an aluminium stop, guide rail and integrated PRCD safety switch.

Practical Information
The wet-cutting system supplies water to the diamond cutting disc during operation. This reduces dust generation and helps cool the cutting disc, particularly during extended cutting operations.
The radial saw head moves along the guide rail on four ball bearings. This allows the tile to remain securely positioned on the work table while the saw head is guided through the material.
For standard 90° cuts, the maximum cutting depth is 30 mm. For 45° mitre cuts, the maximum cutting depth is 25 mm.
For diagonal cutting, the maximum specified tile size is 360 × 360 mm.
