The Axminster Evolution SK114 is a precision-engineered chuck for wood lathes with an M33 × 3.5 mm spindle thread. The chuck is CNC-manufactured for high precision and stable workholding during woodturning.
The chuck body is manufactured from stainless steel and has a diameter of 114 mm (4.5"). The direct M33 × 3.5 mm thread provides a compact design, keeping the chuck close to the lathe headstock bearing.
The SK114 is supplied with SafetyJaw© mounting jaws and a chuck key. The required accessory jaws are fitted to the SafetyJaw© mounting jaws, allowing the chuck to be used with a wide range of Axminster jaws.
