Description

The CK-1 (Güde spare part no. 18232304) is a 230 V safety switch with no-voltage release, used on many older Rotwerk and workshop machines.

The CK-1 was the original switch design and was later replaced by KJD6, KJD19, and finally KJD20-2.

Switch Evolution

In many cases these switches can replace one another, provided that the dimensions, terminal layout and electrical specifications are identical.

Practical Information

If the original CK-1 (18232304) is no longer available, the newer KJD20-2 (Güde spare part no. 18233968) can often be used as a replacement.

However, several mechanical versions of the KJD series exist. Always verify the dimensions, terminal layout and electrical specifications before replacement.
